Order online, then collect in store or have it delivered. Every order is checked against a valid ID at handoff.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Order online

    Add products to your cart and check out. Choose pickup or delivery and confirm your contact details.

  2. Step 2: We pack and confirm

    Your order is packed and verified. We text you when it is ready for pickup or when a driver is assigned.

  3. Step 3: Show your ID

    Bring the ID you used to order. The name must match and you must be 21 or older (18 or older with a medical recommendation).

  4. Step 4: Pay and enjoy

    Pay at pickup or on delivery using the methods shown at checkout. Keep products in their sealed packaging until you are home.

In-store pickup

Pickup orders are usually ready within 30 minutes during store hours. Orders placed after closing are ready at opening the next day.

  • No order minimum.
  • Orders are held until closing on the day you place them.
  • Unclaimed orders are cancelled and refunded automatically.

Delivery

Enter your address at checkout to see whether you are inside the delivery zone and the estimated window. Delivery is available only to private residences within California.

  • A small order minimum and a delivery fee are shown before you pay.
  • The person who placed the order must be present with a valid ID.
  • Drivers cannot leave orders unattended or hand them to anyone else.
  • Delivery to hotels, dorms, and public places is not permitted.

Identification

We accept any unexpired government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military ID. Digital copies and photos of IDs are not accepted.

Medical patients 18 or older must present a valid physician's recommendation together with photo ID.

Purchase limits

California limits adult-use purchases to 28.5 grams of flower, 8 grams of concentrate, and 6 immature plants per day. The cart warns you before an order would exceed a limit.

Problems with an order

State law does not allow returns of cannabis products once they leave the store. If an item is missing, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it.
